Need to Return Something?
Just reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your order at info@etcase.com.
If we made a mistake, please include a few photos of the issue (defect or wrong item) in your first email, along with a short note about what happened. We’ll take care of you from there.

About Personalized Products
Personalized items are specially made just for you, so we’re unable to offer returns or refunds on these unless:

  • There’s a manufacturing defect, or

  • You received a different item from what you ordered.

Before You Send Anything Back
Please make sure to contact us first — we can’t process refunds for items returned without a reason or without letting us know beforehand.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the same payment method you used when placing your order.

Return Shipping
Kindly note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
