When will I get my order?
Delivery times vary by location:
- US, Australia & Europe: 5–10 business days
- Rest of the World: 10–30 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times. We kindly ask that you allow up to 5 additional business days beyond the estimated timeframe before contacting our customer support team at info@etcase.com.
Can I cancel my order?
We understand that plans can change. Since our phone cases are printed to order, cancellations are possible within 3 hours of placing your order. Once production begins, we’re unable to cancel or make changes.
